Delta Network Pte. Ltd , a Telecommunications

Mobile Co. Ltd, the fastest growing

names in CDMA, announced a Joint Venture
to offer Telecommunication Mobile Solutions
for customers in South America.
The Joint Venture company
– Haier
Telecom (South America) Co. Ltd
will supply an extensive range of top
of the class mobility products and services
for 3G GSM/CDMA Operators in over 20 countries
in South America.
The new organization,
consisting of 51% ownership by Haier Mobile
and 49% by Delta Network Pte. Ltd is headed
by Chairman, Mr Chai Yongsen, with Chief
Executive Officer, Mr Sameer Trehan managing
the operations of the JV.
